Methodology -             Prepare for ultimate success respecting best & worst case
short term scenarios by working through Coaching Goals (see below) while
fostering the creation of an independent and self-reliant athlete when
the championship stage is finally attained.

 

Technique –               “Implosion Methodics”, a process of identifying the unique
individual patterns that immerge from the relative chaos that is an
individual's life path as an athlete.  And then, applying a
unique
individual training plan that serves the individual's training response

profile.

 

Fundamentals:Training Parameters are Universal; Optimal Application is Unique!

            Physiological - Peak Performance = Work X Rest X Recovery

                                                                + Work = physical stress placed on bodyn

                                                                     (only 3 variables: frequency, intensity, duration)

                                                                + Rest = void of physical stress placed on the body

                                                                + Recovery = sleep, rehydration, refueling, etc.
