Mental Championship Race Preparation:

1)      30 meter explosive start (practice starts with RP & SRP intrvls)

2)      master tangents (practice with RP & SRP intrvls)

3)      position on turns (practice when bodies available )

4)      track tactical position awareness

5)      qualification process awareness

6)      opponent asset & liability awareness

Tactical Championship Race Preparation:

1)      pack for all possibilities

2)      travel plan to maximize control

3)      aerodynamic racing uniform

4)      aerodynamic hair style

5)      start race with elevated Ph

                     - nutritional manipulation ("hyperventilation" at start line)

6)      precise neural primer re blowout "200" approx 15 min. pre-race
