Everyone is a leader when called on... relay lead-off runners are always the relay's "captain" for that race... Coach Harger may call a "Team Leaders" meeting and specific team leaders for that meeting and topic will be identified by Coach Harger. 

Any athlete, as a "Team Leader", may act at any time to initiate a proposed topic or action item for consideration by Coach Harger & appropriate staff members. For proposed topics or action items a solution must be included or we are wasting our time.  All meetings need advance notice to be appropriately scheduled.
